Ways to find Actives:
- This will work great for anyone needing a couple more APS to hit that next rank.
- You will need to be willing to buy a sample on your customer’s behalf. Usually the rank advancement will more than compensate you for this.
- You will be looking at your level 1 customers who have at least 75 TQV in the current month.
- Reach out to those customers and tell them you have a free sample and see if they know anyone that might be interested in trying it.
- They get you a name and address and you then order their referral a sample, on a new account, under your customer.
- The Current Month APS report will help you find prime candidates for this strategy.
Finding the APS report:
- Open the menu in top left corner
- Open on the ‘Business’ menu
- Click on ‘Reports Center’
- Expand the sidebar to see prepopulated reports
- Scroll down the list, click on ‘Current Month APS’
- Look for retail customers with 75 PV or more
