Earn money by sharing what you love
According to a report from LinkedIn, it’s now estimated that 50% of the U.S. has at least one side gig. This number is expected to grow every year. That’s a lot of people looking to make a little extra money! Think about that – 1 of every 2 of your friends is looking for a way to make extra money. You can offer them a way to do this and get healthy at the same time.
For the purposes of this site, we will only cover the basics of the compensation plan. To view the complete compensation plan, access the compensation pdf resources in your backoffice.
Commissions and PV
When you sell any product, you will get the difference between the retail price and the associate price.
Every product/kit has an associated PV. PV stands for product volume. Commissions are calculated off of PV. For example, a box of the original truFix is $49 / 45 PV. The Trim/truFix kit is $89 / 75 PV. You can see every product and kits associated PV in your backoffice shopping cart.
Qualifying for Commissions
For every sale you make, you get 20% of the PV they order. All of your customer’s orders and PV is your CV (Customer Volume). You will get paid this commissionable amount for their first order and any other order they make through the following month!
Here’s where it gets exciting. You can make 20% off of your customer’s lifetime orders if you qualify as an associate monthly. To qualify, you either need to purchase qualifying volume or earn it through customer sales. Beginning associates through 1-star directors only need 100 TQV (Total Qualifying Volume) – in most cases, the product you are buying for yourself will more than cover this requirement. Additionally, if your customers purchase over 100 in volume, that overage goes towards your TQV. Simple and easy as that!
Exponential Commissions
You can really grow your commission check by helping your customers become associates. This is called building a team. The associates you recruit are called your level 1 team. The team members they bring in are called your level 2 and so forth.
The more volume you and your team sell, the more levels you can earn sales commissions on. As you recruit more sellers and your group sells more, you also hit ranks that open more commissions and opportunities. The first rank after becoming an associate is called Managing Associate. To see the ranks and percentages of each level you can earn, see the entire compensation plan pdf in your backoffice media & documents folder.
For example, if you bring on 2 associates to your level 1 and between the 3 of you sell 500 PV, you will now qualify to earn commissions on your sales and your team members’ sales. As you and your team grow, you can earn as far down as 8 levels of commissions.
