SF5 Challenge & Free App

Who is it for: Associates, customers and potential customers.

What is it: The SF5 challenge is a free challenge that works as an exceptional sales tool. Many of the people you talk with are wanting to get healthier and have come to you for advice because you are an expert in the field! Leverage a group where all Truvy associates, customers and even some onlookers all have the same goal. According to the mayoclinc.org, having a support group is a “necessity” to successfully loosing weight. Pair the group with our products and your customers will turn into lifetime Truvy believers because they will see results and the value of the products you are offering.

Value for your team and customers:

  • Associates/Team Members – encourage them to join to strengthen the community. The more associates active in the group, the more all of you can close more sales.
  • Customers – encourage them to join and receive free support to reach their goals. This helps solidify the customer and keeps them coming back to buy more. In turn, they will continue to see results.
  • Potential customers – encourage them to join to be exposed to Truvy and use it as a tool to eventually sign them up. 
Pairing the challenge with the app

Truvy has invested a significant amount of resources into our own health app. Unlike other competitors, our app is completely free. The app provides tools like free exercise plans, nutritional advice and a food tracker. Customers can also conveniently purchase product in the app. Making getting sales and commissions even easier.

If you have a potential customer create an account in the app, then they will be associated with you. When they do buy, you will receive the credit and commissions.

To sign up and be linked to you, the customer will need to register with your ID number or username. One strategy is to use your username as a coupon code. Say something like “download my app for free and get 10 reward points towards product, if you ever want it, by just using my coupon code!” This gives your customer an incentive to make sure they use your code. When they download and install the app, they will have 10 points that they can use towards a future purchase and you will receive 1. No purchases required.

Loyalty Points

Who is it for: Associates and customers.

What is it: Earn points for every purchase you make and redeem them for free product & swag!

Our newest program gets you 10% of PV on individual purchases and 20% of PV on subscriptions. Upsell your customers to a subscription to get more back. This also incentivizes them to be reoccurring customers.

Value for your team and customers:

  • Associates/Team Members – Encourage your team to try products they wouldn’t normally purchase. This allows associates to be able to sell the entire product line confidently. Another method is to redeem your points for product and then use the free product as sales incentives with your team.
  • Customers – Encourage your customers to try new products for free. You never know, they may just start buying more product.
  • Potential customers – Most buyers will be familiar with the concept of reward points. Reinforce the sale by letting them know they will be getting between 10-20% back towards in-store credit. 
Community

Who is it for: Varies by group.

What is it: When your customers know they belong to a group and are valued, they will stay loyal to you. We try to create a welcoming community for everyone involved at truvy. Value for your team and customers:

  • Associates/Team Members – Keep up-to date with current promos, get sales tips & network. Suggested groups: Truvy Biz Builders, Official Truvy Social Support Community, and SF5 Community.

Incentive Trips

Who is it for: Associates.

What is it: This is a sales competition. Set your goals, stretch yourself and get rewarded. Meet up with other high-performing associates to network and relax.

Who is it for: Varies by event.

  • Customers – Depending on the meeting, this can help customers understand products better and introduce them to the opportunity of being an associate.

Truvy Advertising Pool (TAP)

Free Customers to Boost Your Business

Associates are the lifeblood of our company. Without you, Truvy simply wouldn’t be the inspiring community it is! We see your hard work and care about helping you build your business, which is why we’ve drummed up a system designed to support your goals: the Truvy Advertising Pool (TAP) Associate Program.

Ready, Set, Recruit

Here’s how it works: when our ads run and more customers are aded to the system, they’ll go into the TAP pool. Prospects will then be matched with eligible Associates who are qualified to earn leads for that given week. You can stay on the list forever if you qualify, there is no limit on how often/frequent you may qualify for the TAP program.

How to Qualify

1. To qualify for TAP leads you just need to enroll a minimum of 3 new customers for a combined total of 500 PV or more in the week.

2. Purchase a “Partner Pack” from your back office to get leads for 4 weeks.

How to Commissions Work

You receive commissions on all purchases moving forward regardless if they stay a customer or upgrade to an associate. If the lead becomes an associate, you earn commissions as you normally would based on the compensation plan.

Here are a few tips & tricks as to how to make the TAP program work best for you.

  • When you see our ads, engage and comment on that ad with positive reviews about Truvy. Post a before/after picture, reference your own wellness journey, or give our products a raving review! No need to say “message me to know more”– by simply clicking on the ad, you are helping CPC (cost-per-click) rates for our ads go down, and helping us reach more people in the process. That means more leads in the system and even more people benefiting from Truvy.
  • We are disseminating ALL our leads to the
    associates and will be splitting them up by region.
