Reflecting on the past 10 years:
- We have undergone significant changes in our back-office software, and we are currently transitioning to our newest platform with an established provider. It has been a long journey from our initial software that did not even support images in the shopping cart.
- We have introduced several exceptional products, and we are on the verge of launching our newest weight loss capsule, which will be highlighted at our San Antonio, TX meeting.
- Over the years, we have adjusted our compensation plan to better reward those who work hard to build a business and bring in new Truvy customers.
- One major advancement was the removal of the enrollment fee, which was unheard of in the network marketing arena at the time.
- Our latest adjustment introduced “dynamic compression,” allowing associates to get paid on infinity depth.
The future of Truvy:
- Offering these new requirements will help teams grow and achieve new ranks and heights. With a new lineup of products, there is no limit to what you can accomplish.
- A big shoutout and thanks to all associates! Here’s to the next 10 years.
10-year anniversary “throwback” incentive compensation plan:
- To celebrate 10 years, we wanted to offer something exceptional.
- Over the next 6 months, we will be piloting new qualifications to make it easier to rank advance by lowering the required group and AO 2 volume
